She was beautiful and proud as she sat barking and scratching beneath the restaurants window on Fishermans Wharf, Monterey California. We were completely entertained watching her and her friends chill out on the docks below us. These great creatures are also at home in Alaska where their presence is well known to all. This particular sea lion was our inspiration for this sculpture and is a reminder of how adaptable wildlife can be.
