I strive to paint the way skiing feels, and this piece has me dreaming of deep days on the slopes! I love how the painting draws my eye around and through, and I can feel the skier's body twist as he slices through the fresh powder. There's something ethereal about the plume of snow, especially in juxtaposition to the outstretched pole.
