With our event space rental, you can expect a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. Our team of experts will work closely with you to understand your requirements and can recommend planners and caterers. From the open layout and stunning decor, to the lush leather furniture, Corwin Galleries is truly a space to be enjoyed.

One of the key advantages of choosing our event space rental is the flexibility it offers. At 850sqft our venue can accommodate both small and medium groups of up to 70 people, three 10 top tables or 1 long table for 30. Furniture can be rearranged. Our lights remain on and there is keyless entry in place. At the day of your event, a code will be provided to you for an easy in and out, hands-off experience.

Our gallery space is equipped with wifi and bluetooth speakers. However, our team can make recommendations for any technical requirements you need to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

When it comes to catering, we are literally in the best space in town! Corwin Galleries is located on restaurant row. Our neighbors are the top restaurants in Aspen! Such as Brunelleschis, Cache Cache, Las Montanas, and Meat and Cheese. The restaurants have catering capabilities that bring your food right to the gallery! Whether you prefer a formal sit-down dinner, a buffet-style meal, or a cocktail reception, our experienced restaurant neighbors will create an experience that delights your guests.

What is Incidentals (Refundable)?

For every booking there is an incidental charge of $500 to cover damages. This amount is held through the event and refunded upon satisfactory delivery of the space after the event. After you have completed booking, you will be emailed a simple agreement for signing.

Cleaning

We have our own hired cleaning professionals who will clean up after you! Cleaning fee is already included in your rental rate.
