After painting a Super Moon nocturne at the Maroon Bells last Summer, I'm fascinated with capturing this scenic view at night. The near-monochromatic palette captures the feeling of your eyes adjusting to the dark and soaking in the enchanting depth of a star-filled sky. This painting is peaceful and romantic.
